About Zoom Partners

Zoom created the Zoom Certified Integrator Program to connect their customers with authorized AV professionals around the world. Integrators are given resources and training in order to seamlessly aid in the Zoom Room setup and implementation process. Partners provide customers with a seamless and reliable video conferencing experience through top of the line design, deployment and management. This is especially beneficial when it comes to Zoom Appliances such as Poly, Logitech, and Neat packages.

A recent update to the program is that all certified integrators complete a Certified Integrator Recertification process to ensure that partners are equipped and understanding of the process and truly capable to provide customers with a satisfactory Zoom experience.

As a gold partner, Profound Technologies is one of the few in the highest tier of the partner program. Based on our technical and audio visual certifications, 15 customer references, and 20 engineered designs, we successfully achieved the gold standard from the beginning of our partnership. We have 15 certified team members and are continuing to expand our Zoom expertise.
